The University
Óbuda University (ÓU) is a dynamic and thriving institution located in Budapest in the heart of Europe. Established in 1879, ÓU is the second largest but highest ranked Technical University in Hungary. ÓU has seven faculties and three doctoral schools, one excellence centre, and eight research labs. The institution offers a wide range of practice oriented study programmes in the fields of engineering sciences and business and management. It also welcomes a large number of international students each year from all over the world.
