Graduation ceremony of ESB Business School Autumn 2024

Congratulations!

You have successfully completed your studies at ESB Business School.
Let’s celebrate together in style at the ESB graduation ceremony!

Please find preliminary details below.
Upon successful registration, further information will follow at the end of September.

Where: Stadthalle Reutlingen, Manfred-Oechsle-Platz 1, 72764 Reutlingen
When: Saturday 12 October 2024/ Start of ceremony 4.30 p.m.

• 2.30 p.m. Registration of graduates and collection of caps and gowns
• 3.00 p.m. Registration of guests, champagne reception
• 4.00 p.m. Admission to the banquet hall
• 4.30 p.m. - 7.00 p.m. Ceremony and final tossing of caps
• from 7.00 p.m. Get-together with food and drinks
• 9.30 p.m. End
   

Ticket prices

You may only order tickets for a maximum of two additional guests. If avaibable, additional guest tickets can be ordered from mid-September. We will inform you
in due time.

• Graduates: €65 (admission incl. gown and cap rental, champagne reception, get-together with main courses and desserts, non-alcoholic drinks)
• Guests: €75 (admission, champagne reception, get-together with main courses and desserts, non-alcoholic drinks)

With this ticket you are entitled to free travel from 4 hours before the start of the event and return travel until the end of the event on all naldo modes of transport
(2nd class), including night buses, within the naldo-region.

Registration 

Registration for the graduation ceremony is possible between 1 July and 13 September 2024.
Please note: the last possible registration and payment date is 13 September 2024 at 12 a.m. (midnight).

Please order your tickets (graduates and guests) with your name only. After registering via the link above, you will receive a confirmation email including the admission tickets for each registered guest. Please remember to bring your tickets with you as only these tickets will entitle you to be admitted to the venue.

Cancellations until 22 September 2024 are charged with an administration fee of 10% of the total amount. After this date, cancellation is no longer possible. We appreciate your understanding that we must charge an administration fee, even if the reason for the cancellation is not graduating. Cancellations should be made by e-mail.
