The City
At present, with an area of about 280 acres, XPU has two campuses, namely the Jinhua Campus near the city centre and Lintong campus near the world famous Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, each with modern facilities and beautiful environment.
The University
Xi’an Polytechnic University is a comprehensive university with distinctive features and a strong foundation. It is the only university specializing in Textile and Apparel in West China. Over the years, XPU has developed into a comprehensive teaching and research university not only specialising in textile, apparel and art design, but also covering a wide range of disciplines such as engineering, science, liberal arts, management, economics, law, education and art. XPU offers education at different levels including 61 undergraduate programmes, 16 first-level-discipline MPHIL programmes, 12 catalogues of professional master degrees and 1PHD programme.
