The City
Dunedin is the student capital of New Zealand and one of the country’s best centres of learning. Ōtepoti (Dunedin) is a city that revolves around you – a safe and friendly place to study. Our Dunedin campus is located in the heart of 'student-ville' and '10 minutes from anywhere' as locals would say. Dunedin is home to about 25,000 students – approximately 20% of the city’s population – giving an energetic student culture, yet a highly regarded study experience, which welcomes you with open arms.
Dunedin is in the lower East Coast of the beautiful South Island, with plenty of beaches and walking trails.
Dunedin is New Zealand's incubator for IT, entrepreneurship, and fashion. The city’s warehouse precinct is attracting creatives, engineers, IT start ups and small businesses, so it makes sense to study here.
The University
Our Dunedin Campus is located right in the heart of the student district – yet a 10 minute walk to the city centre. We have bright open spaces, modern facilities and our own on campus cafés, food trucks and restaurant.
On campus you’ll find study rooms, training facilities, classrooms, libraries and student support services, along with all the necessities for a successful study experience.
Our students get access to specialised study facilities too, art barns, nursing suites, gyms and sports fields, game design studios and edible living gardens, it's all on campus.
