Top result in the StudyCheck Award 2025

The most popular universities in this year’s StudyCheck Award have been announced. Reutlingen University received two awards: 1st place in the category Award and 2nd place in the comparison across Germany.

StudyCheck analysed 84,000 student evaluations from 2024 for the independent university ranking. The results show the Reutlingen campus is once again one of the most popular places to study in Germany this year. In the nationwide comparison of universities, Reutlingen secured second place (Award: TOP University) and was thus able to better its position over the previous year.

Reutlingen University also received the Category Award. In this award, universities are divided into different categories according to their number of students. In the category 5,000 to 15,000 enrolled university students, Reutlingen University has taken the first place.

ESB Business School students also submitted many positive evaluations of their study programmes to StudyCheck last year:

The StudyCheck Award is the independent university ranking of Germany’s largest university evaluation portal. The university ranking is based on all experience reports published on StudyCheck.de from the past calendar year 2024. Ranking of the individual universities is determined by the so-called score value, which is formed by the star rating (1-5 stars) and the recommendation rate (0-100%) of the students. The star rating is included in the score value with two decimal places. You will find the results on the Website of StudyCheck.
